My name is Mrcosmopolithotel - Hotel Manager. I have many duties. Most hotel managers spend much of their time dealing with customers, but they also oversee the staff and oversee renovations and sales. These roles are also somewhat office-based, as the manager is responsible for keeping tabs on the hotel's revenue, determining the staff rota, and monitoring the business. In addition to working with guests, hotel managers are also responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and are often the first point of contact with guests.
